1.1. Motorfinity Group Limited is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 10546007 ("Motorfinity") and have registered office at 3 Northgate Terrace, Northern Road, Newark-On-Trent, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, NG24 2EU.
2. About our Terms and Conditions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Motorfinity Corporate website and any of its content ("Site").
2.2. Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully and our Privacy Policy. By using our Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with, or accept any of these Terms and Conditions, you should cease using the Site immediately.
2.3. Motorfinity Corporate provides discounts on motoring related products and services by sourcing offers through third party approved suppliers ("Approved Suppliers") and generating enquiries for those suppliers from the site and other methods. Therefore, no sale of products or services takes place on this site.
2.4. The transactions that take place with the approved suppliers are not completed on the Site or by Motorfinity Corporate. Motorfinity Corporate has no contractual obligations with the users of its website, including those who submit an enquiry, for the supply of any products from the site. Thus, any agreement to provide motoring related products and services will be govern by additional terms and conditions which will be provided to you separately and the Approved Suppliers shall be responsible for the transaction for any purchases made.
2.5. Except to the extent set out in paragraph 2.6 below, Motorfinity Corporate is neither involved in the provision of finance nor any finance related products, including insurance or any other financially regulated activities. Authorised Suppliers may discuss finance products with you as deemed appropriate. In any event, Motorfinity Corporate has no involvement in these transactions and therefore, does not accept any responsibility for them.
2.6. Motorfinity Group Limited, trading as Motorfinity, Motorfinity Corporate, Motorfinity Leasing and Motorfinity Corporate Leasing, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 958474). Motorfinity Group Limited acts as a credit broker not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders who may be able to offer you finance facilities for your purchase. We will only introduce you to these lenders. We may receive a commission payment from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. The nature of this commission is as follows: we receive a commission based on a percentage of the total amount of finance taken by the customer. You can request for us to disclose the amount of any commission received. You may be able to obtain finance for your purchase from other lenders and you are encouraged to seek alternative quotations. 3. Using the Site
3.1. We seek to make the Site as accessible as possible. While we make every effort to ensure that the Site is available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the Site’s continued availability at all times or uninterrupted use by you of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of the Site from time to time at our sole discretion.

6.1. By submitting an enquiry on our Site, you authorise Motorfinity to share your data with any of the Approved Suppliers relevant to the purpose of your enquiry. You will be notified, following submission of your enquiry, with whom your enquiry has been shared.
6.2. Motorfinity cannot be held responsible for any fees charged by the Authorised Suppliers.

Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

9.4. Please note that any of the Approved Suppliers listed on the Motorfinity Site may withdraw their offer at any time.
10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Consequently, we make no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms (whether express or implied) in relation to the provision of the Site, including without limitation as to completeness, accuracy, or any content and information on the Site, or as to satisfactory quality, or fitness for particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which we may otherwise have to you as a result of:
